What’s new at Federal Hill Photography, LLC
I got to start 2017 with surgery, hooray! In early January I had an operation on my right foot. While the procedure went well, feet are notoriously slow to heal, so it was bed rest for me until the end of February. Thankfully I’ve gotten back on my feet in March, and happily busy again!
I love telling the story of an event through photography, and wanted to share some shots from recent event shoots. Spring is a big time for events, so if you know of anyone who may be needing event photography, please let me know.
Spring is also a great time to sell real estate. And real estate often sells faster and at a higher price with professional photography. If you know of anyone planning to sell property, please let me know. I’d love to help them out with high quality photography.
On a related note, landscaping that was put in last year has had some time to mature and spring is a great time to catch it in full splendor. I’d love to connect with landscape architects, landscapers, and other related fields that are interested in high quality photography of their work. If you know of anyone, please let me know.
I’m also looking to branch into photographing the work of interior designers. I’d appreciate connecting with trade associations or individual designers who could let me practice photographing their work. If you know of anyone who could help me out, please let me know. I’d be very grateful.
With a new print, shown below, my fine art photography collection has grown to 80+ pieces. Fine art photography is not just for the living room; it can beautify public and corporate spaces as well. If your conference room or dentist office is in need of some fresh art, please have a look. And, I have a large backlog I’ve yet to make available, so if you don’t see something you like please let me know, and I’ll do my best to assist.
Lastly, I wanted to give back this year with volunteer work through my business. I’m pleased to announce I’ll be photographing two events for The Red Devils, an organization providing support to families with a loved one suffering from breast cancer.
For me, March came in like a lamb and went out like a lion. It’s great to have such a full plate after being out of commission for 2 months. I’m grateful for the work given to me by clients, and the assistance of many in helping me grow my business. I’m looking forward to the rest of the year.
