What types of fine art prints do you offer?

Photographic print

A beautiful foundation for custom matting and framing. Your image is printed on premium Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional or Kodak Professional Endura Premier photo paper with a lustre surface, giving the print a subtle, elegant sheen.

Metal print

An exceptionally vibrant and detailed presentation. Metal prints infuse the image directly into high-grade aluminum sealed with a high-gloss coating. Each print features rounded corners and arrives ready to hang with a pre-installed hanger (sawtooth or wire) and protective wall bumpers.

Canvas gallery wrap print

A dimensional fine art presentation. The image is printed directly onto canvas and hand-stretched over a 1.5-inch deep wooden frame with mirrored edges. Each canvas wrap arrives ready to hang with protective wall bumpers and a pre-installed sawtooth or wire hanger and open or paper-backed finish.

Do you offer framing services?

PLEASE NOTE: Framing carries an additional cost that you pay directly to the framing vendor.

When ordering a photographic print, you can choose to have it professionally framed and finished by either of these framing partners:

Once printed, your print is automatically shipped directly to the framer you select.

How to select a framing service during checkout:

  1. In the Fine Art Photography Gallery, choose the image you would like to order.
  2. Select Photographic print and your preferred size from the Product Type drop-down menu.
  3. Choose your preferred framer from the Framing Service drop-down menu and complete your order.

What happens next:

  1. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your print ships to the framer.
  2. When the package arrives at the framing company, contact them to customize and complete your framing options. Please have the following details ready when you call:
    1. That your order originated from Federal Hill Photography, LLC
    2. Your name
    3. Your order number

How long does production take?

  • Photographic print: 1-3 business days
  • Metal print: 1-3 business days
  • Canvas gallery wrap print: 2-4 business days

What are your shipping times and options?

  • Standard (US only): 1-7 business days
  • Expedited (US only): 2 business days

What is your return and exchange policy?

  1. All sales final. No returns or exchanges unless damaged. (See Returns and Exchanges)
  2. Returns and Exchanges
    If your Fine Art Print is damaged on delivery, you may return it for an exchange. The steps to make an exchange are:

    1. Within 10 days of receiving your Fine Art Print, Contact us and provide your order number. Keep all packing material.
    2. Within 3 business days, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return label.
    3. Pack and ship your return.
    4. Within 2 business days of receiving your return, we will initiate a new order to make a new print. It will be shipped using the same shipping speed as your original order. Regular production and shipping times apply.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through industry-standard SSL protection. Certified 3rd-party payment gateways—including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay—handle your payment details directly. Our site never stores or accesses your credit card information.
