Wind through a bald cypress (Taxodium distichum) in autumn, Riverside Park, Baltimore, Maryland

The colorful leaves of a bald cypress (Taxodium distichum) glow in an autumn sunset as the wind sets the cypress in motion. To me, autumn isn’t just the beautiful colors in the trees. It’s also the restless, blustering wind that tosses the branches about. My goal with this image was to capture both exciting aspects of this beautiful season.
