Carl provided photography for a corporate event. He was communicative, professional, courteous, and the product he supplied was exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me both beforehand and on premises to clarify the vision and ensure what I received was what I was hoping for. He weaved in an out of the participants in an unobtrusive way.
